The eighth edition ofBEHEALTH – International Hybrid Event in Healthcare, organized byROHEALTH – the Health and Bioeconomy Cluster, will take placeOctober 20–24, 2025.
The event is being held in a hybrid format, bringing together national and international experts, as well as representatives from public institutions and industry, both in Bucharest and online, and providing a framework for dialogue and collaboration aimed at developing innovative solutions in healthcare.

On the second day of the event—Tuesday, October 21, 2025, atthe Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIB)—ENERGY & ECO CONCEPT SRLwas represented byOctavian Ghiță — Scientific Director and Project Manager, who participated inPanel 5: Building Resilience Against Emerging Infectious Diseases.
The panel, moderated byCătălin Grosu (TV Host & Producer), addressed topics such as:
- Strategies for preparedness and response to emerging threats;
- The role of local and national authorities;
- Lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine;
- EU4Healthobjectives regarding prevention and resilience in the face of cross-border health threats.
Speakers included representatives from academia, medical research, and humanitarian organizations, demonstrating the interdisciplinary nature of theOne Health approach.
